科研成果

一、主要研究内容

  主要从事水产品品质调控与鉴定研究,围绕水产品食品安全、品质提升、高品质种质创制开展工作。形成了以下三个研究方向:

1. 监测水产品风险物质,挖掘其抗积累分子靶标并阐明机制;

2. 研发水产品品质提升的关键技术,开发基于品质鉴定的精准甄别技术;

3. 挖掘特征品质相关分子靶标,发掘及创制高品质水产品新种质。

二、主持的科研项目

1. 湖北省重点研发计划项目,两个国审鲌鲂品种的品质提升关键技术及调控机制研究,2023.01-2025.12,50万,在研,主持;
